Ba-bye Binding!
This photo was specifically taken for all my "guy friends" who were overly concerned that my assets would be non-existent after the surgery... there you go boys... not to worry! Though I appreciate your concern... I'm not really sure why you cared so much... I guess they wanted to make sure Gord didn't get shafted! Not to worry... Gord asked me to pass on a message... "they're real, and they're spectacular!"Well... here I am 3 weeks post-surgery... wow time has flown by... NOT! LOL! Recovery is not fun for the hyper-active person... I have all this pent up energy... my first workout is going to be CRAZY.
As of today... the torso bindings are supposed to be off... and I'm no longer restricted to wearing a sports bra 24/7 which will be nice. I'll probably still wear the torso binding at night to help with the swelling while my body adjusts... my arms are still wrapped because of swelling... but I can live with that for a bit longer.
I will ask the surgeon next week if I'm allowed to start exercising again... I think I'll do ab work and low-impact cardio like walking... fingers crossed by 6 weeks I can be running again (I need to start training for my Central Park (NYC) run in August).
I'm surprised at how quickly my muscle mass has deteriorated. I told my friend the other day I'm starting to feel like my butt and legs are getting fat... she laughed... but seriously the tone of those two areas from laying around has taken the biggest hit (literally)! I'm sure after a couple runs they'll spring back (or here's hoping)!

Is Gord still refusing for you to give private viewings?
