    Uncovering Me Intro

    The Uncovering Me blog is a diary of the challenges that I faced while trying to lose an enormous amount of weight. It also celebrates the success of making a major life transformation. After a lifetime of neglecting my physical health, two years ago I started working out regularly and eating healthy. Who would have thought that a morbidly obese person would become a poster child for physical fitness in such a short time? Not me that's for sure! 120lbs later... I have a new lease on life. Physical fitness is part of my daily routine and eating healthy is considered a reward instead of junk food.
